Capabilities

Fluotech combines specialized expertise and advanced production capabilities to deliver high-quality fluoroelastomer compounds. Our facility operates with a team of 50-99 professionals and a registered capital of 10 million RMB. The production infrastructure includes a Class 100,000 cleanroom and seven automated production lines, allowing for an annual output of 2,500 tons. To support future demand, we have two additional production lines reserved, which could expand capacity by 1,000 tons per year.

Our manufacturing process is supported by modern equipment and optimized workflows to ensure efficiency and precision. We utilize mixing machines, vulcanization units, and extrusion systems designed for consistent and high-quality rubber compounding. To further enhance productivity and material performance, we incorporate patented technologies, including movable cooling systems for rubber sheets and advanced rubber slicing devices. These innovations help maintain production efficiency and product consistency, ensuring that each batch meets the performance requirements of demanding applications.
